Come and try one of our classes for free throughout our Open Week. Book on to your choice of class below - we have everything, from boxercise to yoga.

From yoga to cardio, come and try one of our classes for free. While you are here, why not grab a full studio timetable for all the classes we run throughout the week.

wednesday 10 may

It's half way through the week - get booking those mid-week classes to keep you motivated.

thursday 11 may

Commit to those Thursday classes and prepare yourself for the weekend.

friday 12 may

Friday lunchtime classes available. Get booking, not many spaces available!
