The off peak membership gives access to our women-only gym before 16:30 during the week and any time at weekends. This membership is cheaper, due to the time limits but allows you access during some of our quieter periods and at lunchtime. All of our classes before 16:30 are also included in the membership.

one month no joining fee?

All joining fees (£25) have been scrapped, except on our one month upfront memberships.

inductions and personal training support

To support all of our members, we include inductions and follow up personal training sessions for new joiners. The initial induction will get you familiarised with our gym and the trainer will write you a workout programme in-line with your goals and current health + fitness goals.

With the longer memberships, we look to offer continued support from the trainer to review your personal progress (and change up your workout, if needed). Head to our PT page, if you would like to find out more about our trainers or our further PT options.

1 month memberships: get a one hour induction with a trainer included for free.
3 month memberships: get a one hour consultation + another one hour PT session included for free.
Annual memberships: get a one hour consultation + another 2 x one hour PT session included for free.
