The Bridge's history can be traced back to the 1920s when a group of radical, outward looking women set out to form an organisation with the aim of promoting the intellectual, physical, spiritual, moral and social interests and needs of its members. Today, we are more than just a charity and much of what we do is driven by those founding principles.
