the hub
move. make. connect. reflect.
Welcome to The Hub—the heart of The Bridge and the best place to get a real feel for what we’re all about.
The Hub is home to our weekly free and pay-what-you-can programme of activities—from creative workshops to movement classes, from health and wellbeing sessions to simply having a cuppa with someone new.
We run activities that support the whole you:
🧠 Spaces to learn and talk about our health and wellbeing—from stress and sleep to emotions, hormones, and self-understanding
🎨 Creative workshops (painting, writing, crafting, and more)
🏃🏽♀️ Physical movement (yoga, strength training, boxing, breathwork)
🤝 Social connection + skill-sharing (talks, drop-ins, and community-led events)
Some sessions happen every week—like those in our gym and wellbeing studio—but much of the programme shifts and evolves, keeping things fresh and responsive to what women want and need.

A Platform for You
The Hub isn’t just something you attend—it’s something you can shape.
We work from an asset-based approach, which means we see every woman as bringing knowledge, skills, creativity, and care. If you have an idea for a session—whether it's a one-off workshop, a talk, a class, or a skill you want to share—we’re here to support you in bringing it to life.
We’ll help with space, guidance, and getting the word out.
If you’re a local group, organisation or an individual interested in running an activity for our community members, we’d love to hear from you!
Send us an e-mail to projects@thebridge-uk.org and we’ll get back to you!
