And if you decide that you want further 1:1 PT sessions, we’re ready. All of our staff are highly qualified and professional personal trainers.
All memberships come with an induction, as that is the best and safest way to introduce you to the gym and get you started on a personalised work-out plan to help you reach your goals.
1 month members – one-hour induction only
3 month members – one-hour induction + one-hour free PT session with a personal trainer
annual members – one-hour induction + 2 x one-hour free PT sessions with a personal trainer.
The longer you join for, the more time we have to support you.
All of our health and wellbeing staff team are also personal trainers, so if you want to go that step further and have one-to-one training, speak to a trainer today for the ultimate way to reach your health and fitness goals.

I also work with senior citizens that want to gain strength and improve their cardiovascular fitness.
From my 8 years’ experience I have worked as a studio instructor and have gained a lot of experience. I have a solid knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology and exercise physiology. I like to incorporate aerobic fun style fitness workouts into my sessions to make it fun, effective and to get results.
