At our gym, there’s always a member of staff on hand to support you with your workouts. We want to enable all women to reclaim their fitness in a safe and supportive environment.

Ask us any question, anytime – from best form when lifting weights to monitoring your blood pressure. No question too small. We’ve got you covered.

If you decide that you want further 1:1 PT sessions, we’re ready. All of our staff are highly qualified and professional personal trainers.

All memberships come with a free 1 hour group induction when you join. This is the best and safest way to introduce you to the gym. You’ll be invited to book your induction when you buy your membership. If you have any trouble doing so, speak to reception or any personal trainer when you sign up, so we can book you in!

I’ve been in the fitness industry for a few years focusing on:

  • Strength and weight training;
  • High intensity interval training and circuit training;
  • TRX.

I train because I love the feeling and the effect it has on my body. I like that sense of accomplishment of doing a workout, especially on days when I'm not feeling 100% up for.

I completed my first ever half marathon in October, which was a physical and a mental challenge for me. In my free time, I enjoy skateboarding.

I have been in the fitness industry working as a health and wellbeing coach for over six years. I have vast experience of working with large groups of women, teaching them how to box, lift weights correctly and how to stretch and mobilise to work through any aches and pains.

I help empower women to improve their relationship with themselves by finding movement that works for them. I have always worked with women to help them reach their health and wellbeing goals and love seeing them feel empowered and confident from their training.

I revel in educating women on how to move their bodies in a way that works for them rather than using a one size fits all approach. I help my clients use exercise as a tool to improve their mental health and body image, and I am currently training as a Mental Health with Exercise Coach to broaden my knowledge in these areas. I have always been fascinated with the menstrual cycle and how to exercise so your hormones work in your favour. I am continuing to expand my knowledge and experience on this but enjoy sharing what I have learnt so far!

Outside of the gym, I have a passion for pole dancing and walking in London’s green spaces.

Hi, I am Clara, Health & Wellbeing Trainer for The Bridge. I used to live a sedentary lifestyle for the past 20 years. At school, I would be the last person to be picked up in a sports team and leaving college, I had an office job and no physical exercises. In 2020, I moved to the UK, discovered my potential at the gym and a passion for fitness which led me in changing my career.

Today, I am fully committed in making a positive impact in womens’ lives. Here, we are developing your body’s full potential. Did you know that human beings are not even using 30% of their body’s capacities?

I offer you a comprehensive approach that draws from my personal experience, knowledge and expertise in personal training; providing a 360° approach from body conditioning to circuit training, cardio, agility training, and core and strength. Together, we'll find a balance of movements and the disciplines that your body needs. I also add my expertise in womens’ fitness, considering the complexity of our bodies and the phases we go through.
