Develop your cooking skills with DINE's hands-on plant-based workshops and supper club experience!

Are you passionate about cooking and eager to grow your culinary skills in a supportive, community-driven environment?

DINE offers a unique opportunity to do just that!

Join us for hands-on workshops where you’ll create delicious, nutritious plant-based dishes, and you’ll cook for a DINE supper club evening.

With DINE you will:

  • take part in two training workshops to refine your plant-based cooking skills and develop your own menu

  • support an experienced Chef with their supper-club

  • cook for one of our DINE supper club events

You can join with your own team of up to three people, or you can join us individually and you’ll form a team of 3 with others who have also applied. You’ll have the chance to collaborate with others, exchange knowledge, and experience working in a small team. Everyone will be supported throughout the process.

Why DINE?

With DINE, you get the chance to enhance your culinary skills through hands-on workshops, collaborate with others, and contribute to a meaningful supper club experience. It’s a fun, supportive, and rewarding opportunity.

How many training sessions will there be?

We will provide you with all the details to complete food hygiene training. There will also be two training sessions where we'll cover everything you'll need to prepare for your supper club evening.

What will the training provide?

  • an introduction to plant based sustainable cooking
  • support to develop your ideas into a supper club menu
  • guidance on how to test your recipe
  • inside look into how we run a supper club
  • experience in budgeting, planning and carrying out your own DINE supper club

What do I need to provide?

Just your ideas! All experience levels are welcome. We will provide the trianing, equipment, ingredients etc.

When will this be?

We will be working with 6 different groups over the course of the next 12 months.

The first group will be supporting an experienced chef with a DINE supper club on Thursday 1st May and will also be cooking one of our DINE supper clubs Thursday 5th June. The training will be held on Fridays in May, the dates will be confirmed.

The DINE supper clubs always take place on the first Thursday of the month, with the event starting at 18:00. The maximum time required on the day is usually from 14:00 - 21:00, but we'll go through all the options with you and figure out a timeline that works best. Training will be held during the afternoon on Fridays.
